You will be able to build your own troubleshooting checklist from these simple to follow instructions.
Stylistic modifications are possible to accommodate all styles of choreography.
In using young students on which to demonstrate one can understand how the student hears, and interprets information.
Reference book for use of the terms is Technical Manual and Dictionary of Classical Ballet by Gail Grant available online from Dover publishing for $4.95. I suggest you require your
students to have a copy as well.
Some reference to injury issues will be addressed. It is prevalent in the ballet world for lower back, hip, knee and ankle problems and the development of bunions often results from
overwork and incorrect pointe work.
There will be a question and answer period continuing through lunch for those who wish to.
Videotaping/recording: You may video tape and or record the sessions after signing a waiver.
You may teach the information.
At the end of the day you will receive a certificate stating you have completed a one day training with Mme Modelski, which you may use for display in your studio.
2, 3, 4 and 5 day workshops are available and require full technique class before each session, including pointe and men's work.

PEFFPOINTE© POINTE CLINICS 3-5 DAYS For professional companies
Pointe Clinics restore the comfort and elegance of pointe work in order to apply it to both classical and contemporary choreography.
May include guest teaching company class and providing repair classes for those injured.
It may be as simple as changing the shoes, or as complicated as learning how to dance with a chronic injury, or just to learn the timing pointe work requires in order to facilitate
the dynamics of new choreography.
In the PeffPointe Teacher Training Intensives these subjects are covered from pre-pointe lessons through coaching.
