Life-long experiences include being a professional performing artist from ballet companies to Broadway shows, concert groups, opera film and television; as an internationally renowned master teacher of classical ballet, personal coach to stars, choreographer, consultant, magazine and newspaper columnist, bringing her artistry and expertise to the performing arts community.

Madame's stylish teaching methods and personality, incorporate and enhance artistry, discipline, self-esteem, self-reliance, productivity and health. Always striving to improve herself as well as her students and clients, Madame has spent her life developing teaching/coaching methods, master classes and workshops that appeal and benefit all walks of life. Her work has benefited injured dancers, professional athletes, pregnant women, rising stars, International Competition Medal winners, budding violinists, and business executives.

Madame's contribution to the community is not only her mastery of the arts, but her dedication to people striving to improve the quality of their lives. To that end she is increasing her skills as a teacher by becoming a Certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner. She has developed Ultimate Maintenance©- Feldenkrais® Workshops for the Professional Dancer© , with Karen Donelson, Feldenkrais® practitioner and PT of the Juilliard School. Movement Process For Living© is the title of her Awareness Through Movement® Lessons© . She has also developed Theatrical Movement Process For Professional Opera Singers©; syllabus for teaching Professional Dancers Using Wheelchairs©. Breathe Freely!©, FeelGoodFeet!© are all new workshops in the Feldenkrais® Method for asthmatics, families, and the elderly.

She has arranged three Pointe Class CD's for Roper Records Pointe Technique I and II with variations from Sleeping Beauty and now Swan Lake for Pointe Class, using only music from Swan Lake. Ask about PeffPointe© Workshops and PointeWork Clinic. She will co-teach with David Howard during their newest project, Month of Sundays in January 2001. She has arranged, with her associate, Melinda Buehring, Jumping Workshops for volleyball clubs, incorporating the Feldenkrais® Method with her expertise is teaching International Ballet and Broadway stars, both men and women, to excel at jumping.
